"This was perfect for us as we fished the San Juan for 4 days. If you want your rich uncle's fancy immaculate property, this ain't it. But if you want your cool uncle's place where you can kick your feet up and feel comfortable, this is it. I would 100% stay here again and am looking forward to it. Check in/out was completely painless and host was great to text with. Price was great. Kitchen was great. Lots of little things were great. "

"Beautiful property in the middle of a housing development. Only issues we had were the hot tub quit and the jacuzzi didn’t work. Manager’s were great and fixed the hot tub the next day but had not told us before booking that the jacuzzi was not working. "

"It was a short trip for us. We normally camp but thought of trying a rental this time and it did not disappoint! The pictures are not updated and we were pleasantly shocked upon arriving. My youngest is 1 and there was no pack and play or high chair which isn’t a big deal for our family personally but for others this could be your deal breaker. Think we found our new salmon snagging rental! Be back in October!!"
