Located on the 17th Fairway of the Plumas Pines Golf Resort, this open floor plan 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is beautifully situated across the street from the pool and a short distance from fantastic fishing holes. 

This home is the ideal place to relax with friends and family.  It features a large deck with ann oversized gas grill and the well stocked kitchen will satisfy the needs of a gourmet cook. Use of our pool included with your reservation.

121 Cottonwood is a perfect spot!
This house is well appointed with so many items to help you relax. There are cozy blankets and comfortable beds. It was so nice to stay in an immaculate place. Loved everything about our stay.
