“Feather Oaks” is a private, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-story house situated on 2 acres adjoining Plumas National Forest in Blairsden, CA. You’ll enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere, sunset views, and hiking or cross-country skiing out the back door, just a 5-minute drive from shopping and restaurants in Blairsden and Graeagle.

"Lake Tahoe without the crowds" is a description we often hear about visitors' appeal to this part of California. We are about 100 miles from Sacramento, 50 miles from Lake Tahoe, and very close to clear mountain lakes, hiking trails, and the Sierra Valley Preserve -- a birding hotspot.
