"Stay was good. Very disappointed that morning desk person did not speak English and would not help us get taxis to our destination. 19 of us stayed there and had difficulty getting to our next destination. Also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. "

"The straightest route from this property, Rue Saint-Nicolas, to the city's main attraction is actually dangerous - it is lined with cat-calling and confrontational men and gangs of thieves - I would think advice on this from reception was very important but none was given. "Coming from Canada we were very disappointed in this resort. It would be good for young children but not for teenagers or adults."

"Used this hotel for a stop off driving from italy. Great little hotel, right off the motorway so easy to get to, reasonable resturant and a pool for a refreshing dip after a very long drive. Nice clean and comfortable room too. "

"This hotel is very centrally located and practical but not special. On one side of the block, there were drunk/high people hanging out with some others who were loitering in groups during the day. "Excellent building and exterior architecture.super location. Bathroom are nice and updated..bedrooms not so. No lockbox in room and entry key is old and too large to carry in pocket. Requires you to drop off and pickup. Enjoyed the stay and the location but still needs updating. I was at the hotel 20 years ago and it has improved a bit since then."

"Perfect overnight stop when travelling with dogs - free of charge which is unique as most hotels really sting you! Nice green area around the property which again was great for our dogs. Basic, small room but all good. Bonus is the big restaurang next door that serves fondue, raclette and a big menue."

"The time I checked in to the first room, the switch in the room doesn’t work, there is only light in the bathroom. Then they change me to another room, and this room had a horrible smell like something died there. The front desk lady said the sewer was backed up in that room, and she apologized so she gave me another room. "Check in was smooth and fast. The room was comfortable and clean . The kitchen area doesn't have a plug for the kettle, which is awkward as you have to plug the kettle in somewhere else. Not very well thought through. Breakfast was very nice with everything you could want! Underground parking is very useful."

"Difficult to get the most appropriate address to drive to. The web site address is best, however, you have to park on the footpath and register before you can park. 5pm check in was an issue for us, had to drive outside city and wait 2 hours before being able to check in. Location was good, close to everything and easy walk to city centre. Again no ability to watch tv in english or screen mirror."
