"My partner and I had a wonderful stay here for 3 days, we had no issues at all. The location is very central to Frome, so we didn't have to walk far to get to the places we wanted to visit. I read in other reviews that the car park is small and difficult to park in, so we parked in other carparks near. The service from the staff was definitely a highlight - Wayne is fantastic! in the evening, he was very friendly and had a great sense of humour. We felt very welcome. The staff who were...

"All staff really friendly and welcoming. Evening meal and breakfast delicious. Bedroom spotless and comfy, also quirky with the creaking floorboards and old chimney breast. Will be returning again when we go to Bristol airport. "

"Hotel offers free parking at the carpark next door if ypu park in the marked spaces. Easy to checkin online before you arrive, although they did take the payment the day begore which was a bit naughty as it was supposed to be on the day. Comfortable clean room eitb partisl seaview and a bath. However, the bath took ages to fill, and the bed was a linked double and one of the mattresses was higher than tbe other so it was a bit uncomfortable in.the middle."

"We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The building is about 400 years old so it did creek and shake a bit when heavy vehicles went by, but that was mainly during the day, we were not disturbed at all during the night. It was very clean and the breakfast was delicious and they didn't mind adapting to special requests. We would definitely stay there again. "
