"The property was set up in a very convenient area. Close to dining, shopping. Walkable distance to all. Our initial experience was to be greeted by the amazing front desk worker by the name of Gracie. She was so pleasant and energetic we were thrilled. She was extremely attentive and laughed at our silly humor. The housekeeper on our floor was so sweet I don't know her name. She would ask us if we needed anything and check with us at least twice. Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again."

"The staff were incredible! I stayed right after hurricane Helene came through. The hotel is dated however it was clean. The location is perfect; walking distance to many restaurants, retail stores, etc. I truly appreciate everything they had to offer. I will definitely use them again as I go to Waycross once every three or four months. I will book with them again (praying they have rooms)."
