First, let me say that the staff is very kind. The decor is fairly interesting and the patio outside is lovely. On the negative side, you sometimes find used forks alongside the bed - things like that that have been overlooked. And you have to REQUEST to get your room cleaned. During my most recent stay, the bar and restaurant had suddenly closed the night before. Other dining options in the area are basically fast-food only. Add to this, there are design flaws to the place itself - doors that you have to drag over the rug to open and close... and you can hear entire conversations from the floor above, in some rooms. If that's not distracting enough, the train regularly roars past blaring it's horn (day and night). The room prices are completely absurd with lack of amenities, but that basically have you over a barrel... there are few decent options in the area.
