Well positioned with a warm welcome
Spent the weekend here and will come back . It's clean and the room was big ,nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable . The breakfast was nice and the bar has a wide range of beverages . I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

A Great Place To Stay!!
A great family-run hotel, with friendly staff and good food. The rooms were clean and car parking at the rear of the hotel was available. The location was brilliant, a 5-minute walk to the Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens and the seafront. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This was a last Minuit break away to see the light switch on , on arrival we were greeted by a male sat outside the front door who was smoking ! Thought he was a guest not the proprietor . No check in we were handed a set of keys and told the room was on the second landing . Upon entering the room there was a musky smell even though the window was open , 1double & 1 single bed cramped into the room wardrobe old and falling apart but decoration good. Bathroom very cramped no lock on door toilet roll holder behind your head if you use the toilet , and the toilet brush was covered with used paper and human waste ... The owners were polite and friendly but We would not stay there again ..

Staff where very helpful and polite, the room was a good size and very clean. i can not complain at all, as a matter of fact the next time i visit Blackpool i plan to stay in the same B&B

Needs some effort
The accommodation was not very clean there were footprints on the bed tea stains around the sink cobwebs hanging from the lights and also lights didn't work, the bed base wouldn't fasten in the middle there was also a large screw on the floor (I don't know what from). I booked this room because I wanted one with wifi however I was put on the top floor and the wifi reception was so poor that I couldn't connect my iphone 5 to it . The breakfast was poor and under cooked even after I requested it to be well done. Also the toilet door had no locking mechanism fitted making it unable to close therefore you need to hold it shut whilst using the toilet, In all honesty if Blackpool wasn't so busy that weekend I would have gone to a different B&B even after I'd checked in.

とても親切な従業員のいる、良いホテルでした。 朝食がとても美味しく、５～６種類のメニューから選べます。 お勧めは『フル・ブレックファスト』でした。 ソーセージ、ベーコン２枚、目玉焼き、ビーンズの煮物、トマトの煮物とトースト、他にもフルーツやヨーグルト、コーンフレークとジュース等が選べます。 ベッドも寝やすくて、こじんまりとしたホテルですがお勧めしたいです。
