Terrible hotel! Don’t stay!
I have never experienced such terrible service in my life. We checked into the Bloomfield Lodge Hotel in Blackpool and immediately regretted it. Upon arrival, we noticed that the exterior of the building was rundown and in dire need of maintenance. We were then greeted by a rude staff member who seemed to be inconvenienced by our presence. When we were shown to our room, we were appalled by the condition it was in. The wallpaper was peeling, the carpet was stained, and there was a strange smell emanating from the bathroom. We found a cigarette put out on the floor behind the drawers and a pair of children’s socks. To make matters worse, the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were lumpy, and the linens were scratchy. We couldn't even bring ourselves to stay a night and checked out promptly. Overall, the Bloomfield Lodge Hotel was a complete disappointment and I would never recommend it to anyone. The uncleanliness, terrible service, and uncomfortable accommodations made for a terrible experience that we won't soon forget.
