As you step into this single-level home, you are welcomed by three bedrooms. Each room is complete with cozy beddings, soft linen, towels, and wardrobe space. The first bedroom houses a comfortable king-size bed, the second with a queen and the third a double bed, and 2 single roll away beds for children or others if required.

The cooking enthusiasts will love the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a cook top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with freezer all set to inspire some home-cooked meals.

The separate dining room effortlessly caters to family mealtimes, while the gas fireplace and ducted heating adds to the warmth and comfort, making it perfect for cuddling up with a good book or movie on the Smart TV. Love having an alfresco experience? Step onto the patio that also features a gas BBQ area, surrounded by calming views of the garden.

Guests at the Calamandah House need not worry about little extras. We provide a clothes dryer and washing machine for your laundry needs, high chair and a porta-cot for the tiny tots, and ironing facilities. You can stay connected with our free Wi-Fi and keep entertained with Netflix.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.

Pets are welcome but cannot be left unattended at the accommodation, must be included and approved as part of the reservation.

The rear garden is not a part of the property and is only for the property owners use.
