"We had a very enjoyable and peaceful stay, interrupted only by the lovely sounds from the cows. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. I would mention that to leave the property you need to drive or walk up a very steep road, this could cause difficulties for people with any walking challenges or for nervous drivers."

"We stayed for 3 nights, it was relaxing and the property was lovely. It was my hubby’s 50th birthday and i told the host Damian before arriving, he kindly decorated the room and left a gift, which was very kind. Would definitely recommend the property to friends and family."

"This lodge is magical. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful break this lodge has got everything. Built with passion and love. It’s quirky and you don’t need for anything. About a 6 min walk to the local shops pubs and restaurants. Paul and Jude were fantastic hosts. Aim to please . "

"We stayed in Cube 1 for 2 nights for a little getaway. Despite the weather we had the most amazing time. The pictures don’t do it justice, the projector is amazing, hot tub is perfect and the grounds and privacy are great. Highly highly recommend. Damien couldn’t have been a more helpful host!"

"Everything was as advertised on the listing. The cabin is a nicely furnished, cosy bolthole, situated in some lovely Devon countryside. The hot tub is a fun addition. Margaret, the owner, was very helpful on arrival and very unobtrusive afterwards! She was also extremely helpful with flexibility over our arrangements. "one of two shepherds hut situated at the top of field/garden with a two person hot tub which was lovely in the evening watching the stars above on the clear night, the hut itself is lovely and cosy with a small woodburner (lighter, kindle and logs supplied) and everything you needed was supplied. There are sheep fenced off in the middle of the field with surrounding apple trees and a stream at the bottom and chickens to the side. Had a great stay with our two small dogs -thank you "

"Absolutely beautiful bungalow plenty of space and everything you need great to have an actual freezer so dont have to keep popping to shops Location perfect within reach of fishcombe and churston coves and the harbour ( steep hills but we know the area so no surprises for us) Thank you for a wonderful visit brixham never disappoints"

"We loved our stay in Brixham and couldn't get enough of the view from the living area. The property has everything you need and more. We loved having the option of a bath and a shower and even with my fear of heights, I managed the external staircase! We enjoyed lots of walks and some cycling. Would recommend researching the route to Kingswear better than we did. Very beautiful but more challenging than we anticipated! We thoroughly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to book...

It's great for surfing and visiting Bigbury/Burgh Island. Salcombe is a short drive and there are many National Trust places to visit. Note that the drive down to the property is a typical road to the coast (e.g. steep and narrow)."
