The Montreat House with Water and Power - Cottonwood Properties

No issues with house from Helene! Power and Internet work great and as of 11/18 it has clean drinking water!

Minutes from locally owned shops and restaurants in Black Mountain and numerous hiking trails in Montreat, the location could not be more convenient. Come home from exploring all that our area has to offer and unwind by the fire pit, then wake up to coffee brewing in the adorable modern farmhouse-styled coffee bar. With custom-built bunk beds, including king beds down below, there is room for everyone to enjoy a mountain getaway!
