Note that the full bed in the loft, which is accessible only by ladder, is best suitable for the more adventurous guest - older kids love it! Please note there is no parking next to this cabin. Be prepared to encounter rough terrain such as steep, unpaved trails leading to your cabin and stone stairs when walking to your cabin from the parking area. Appropriate footwear and easy-to-carry luggage are strongly suggested. This cabin is not recommended for guests with mobility limitations due to the nature of the location. • The kitchenette at Blue Jay's Perch comes equipped with an oven and stove top, mini-fridge, sink, mini-microwave, coffee maker, and all appropriate dishes and cookware, however, it does not have a dishwasher. • The cabin does not come equipped with a washer and dryer. • While the cabin is surrounded by trees, this cabin is centrally located in the Black Mountain area and traffic can be heard from the nearby road, particularly during peak commuting hours and summer season. • The lower level of Blue Jay's Perch is used by Carolina Mornings housekeepers. The lower level entrance is on the opposite side of the house as the guest entrance, so you shouldn't notice them at all!
