The Treetop Lodge at Black Hawk - MOUNTAINS! Everywhere You Look!

Welcome! Relax and inhale the beauty of the Rockies in this mountain treetop oasis at 9200' with panoramic views of the Continental Divide. There's plenty of space to roam on the 3.5 acres and nearby Arapahoe National Forest. Only 30 minutes from Eldora Ski Resort and just five minutes from downtown historic Central City and Black Hawk. Whether it's skiing, shops, slots, hiking, or opera, there's always something to do and find around your mountain top retreat. Pet (house trained) friendly. We welcome LGBTQIA travelers and do not discriminate based on ethnicity, race, or color.

Perfect for a small ceremony!
Kelsey was such a great host! Super communicative and helpful with everything. The space is clean, cute, and in a great location. We had a small wedding ceremony in the back yard with about 18 people and it was perfect. We also loved the record player. :]Thanks again for everything!

Beautiful Treetop
The house was wonderful. Sitting on the patio in the morning made our stay. We loved the view of the valley in the cool weather. The dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard to chase some squirrels and chipmunks.

Fantastic stay + views!
My wife and I had our small elopement ceremony and reception with our closet family members here and we could't have asked for a better place. It was the perfect setup, not to mention extremely clean and the views were outstanding. The communication with the hosts was top notch! Our stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

PEACE and SERENITY
Beautiful house with everything you need. It was just my sister and I running away to celebrate a milestone. You feel like you are away from the world yet you are not far from town. Beautiful views, amazingly comfy bed, record player with good tunes, Jacuzi tub and pink pong table and exercise equipment. A place to unwind and get away.

The hosts made us feel so welcome! They graciously supplied coffee and a wonderful selection of music for the sound system. We enjoyed the indoor fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Great location for exploring the area. Be sure to hike at Golden Gate State Park.

Wonderful. Mountain Retreat
Kelsey was an excellent host and responded immediately when we had a question. The beds were comfortable and the views amazing. We had little wrens hatch in the door wreath while we were there. Every morning and every night we said hello to the mommy. We also saw 4 huge elk. Totally enjoyed are time there.

Peaceful with Beautiful Views
This was an awesome Vrbo! The owner was very communicative and helpful, the property and home was beautiful, and everything was clean and in good condition. The home is on an incredible property with really cool views from the deck and it is nice and secluded so you have a lot of quietness and privacy. We had a fantastic time hanging out inside and outside and enjoying the records/cds. Would definitely come back!

Relaxation at the Treetop Lodge
Our extended family (my husband, 3yo daughter and dog plus visiting grandparents) stayed at the Treetop Lodge and enjoyed a wonderful relaxing weekend in the mountains. We soaked up morning sun on the front porch during breakfast, savored the sounds of nature on the back patio during dinner, and loved the proximity of the house to hiking trails and towns like Black Hawk and Nederland. Kelsey and Rebecca were lovely hosts who were very prompt with communication and check-ins. My daughter wants to return to the Adventure House (as she calls it) for as long as 21 days. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Location
We had a wonderful time in CO at this very unique property. When we arrived, the place looked even better than the pictures. Super clean, gorgeous Mountain Views. We spent time in Blackhawk and found it was about a 7-10 minute drive. I definitely will be making another reservation in the Summer as it looks like there is great hiking nearby.

The views of the mountains from this property were amazing! The house was very clean and well appointed. The drive into Blackhawk was less than 10 minutes. There were beautiful hiking trails two minutes away. The owner kept in constant contact with us and even let us check out later! I would definitely recommend and stay at this property again!

My family had an amazing time! The amazing views are the best we have ever experienced. My daughter and I enjoyed playing duets on the piano. PThe owner is quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this rental!
