Create gourmet family dinners in your fully stocked kitchen, including a gas stove and oven with built-in air fryer. After dinner, you can go down to the games room to play pool, darts, or watch a movie on Netflix or Disney+.

the space
***MUST have 4-wheel drive and/or snow tires in winter. The driveway is steep. At 9,000+ ft elevation, we can get some unpredictable weather.
Gilpin County does an excellent job of clearing the roads and we have a reliable service that will plow the driveway anytime there’s more than 4” of snow. Although uncommon, if there is a large snowstorm, it could take longer for the plows to get to the driveways as they cover many of the properties in the area.
