"The host cancelled within a few days of travel, with a flimsy excuse of double booking through an alternative platform. Given the timescales involved none of this rings true and I’m furious that I had to book alternative accommodation at short notice and extra cost. Customer services were absolutely no help, kept yawning through my call, and made the Booking with confidence guarantee a joke. I will wait for my payment to be refunded but I’m seriously unimpressed. Sending me a chance to review my stay adds insult to injury."

"We had an excellent time at Arctic Inn. They received us with a warm welcome, prepared an amazing dinner even if we arrived almost at closing time for the restaurant. Service was excellent. They lent us the kayaks so we could take advantage of the amazing location in front of the water. The rooms are very spacious and clean with simple nice decoration. We cannot wait to cone back during winter time to watch the Aurora Borealis. "
