The property is very quiet and comfortable with an easy downhill stroll into the lively and historic town below. "Appartamento in palazzina tranquilla con piscina. Ottimo posto per chi ha i bambini e vuole una vacanza in totale relax. Per raggiungere il mare bisogna utilizzare l'auto ma la prima spiaggia è a 5 min. Nelle vicinanze c'è un grande centro commerciale. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Sul posto i suoi intermediari sono sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza. Tornerò anche la prossima estate."

"Wir haben im Oktober einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, was aufgrund der Lage in 270 m Höhe gut war. Anlage war sehr schön, weitläufig und sauber. Insgesamt sind ca 15 Zimmer/Wohnungen da, ein schöner Pool, der bei voller Anlage für alle ausreicht, wenn man auch an den Strand geht. "Just feel obligated to describe, so nobody could be fooled in future. I stayed only one night. There was construction/ renovation around the area, banging during the day and the traffic noise at night was unbearable, Apartment was very old and dark, nothing updated. Few rooms, but all was dirty, no air conditioning , apartment is totally unfit for living. No hot water either! The whole experience was horrible! I had to find another place and move!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Marasusa complex in Parghelia. We found the apartment a little ‘tired’ and under equipped - a small saucepan, garlic press, larger dinner plates and better cutlery knives would help. The towels provided were clean but seemed very old and the pillows should have had pillow protectors on them. "What an amazing place this is. We had a week with the four of us in the apartment and loved every second. The apartment itself is fairly small but absolutely fine for two adults and two boys on the sofa bed. Kitchen had a gas hob, microwave and toaster for cooking along with a large fridge / freezer. "The hotel is new and the room is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful and comfortable bed, large bathroom, great location. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It was limited and the food didn't look fresh at the beginning of the year. Maybe they couldn't get supplies after New Year's Eve. All the rest was great."

"The room was simple but clean, a great home base while enjoying the area. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We had an issue with our toilet seat that was fixed shortly after we reported it. We easily walked everywhere we needed to, but the hotel was set away from the hustle and bustle so that was nice. As expected there was stairs to get to and from the beach so we got a bit of a workout but not so bad that we minded ot a few times a day, at the beach we could rent an umbrella and chairs for tbe day or just enjoy the other part of the beach without. The hotel beakfast was fantastic but we did not take advantage of the other meals available. We would choose this hotel again for the location, great staff, and cleanliness of the hotel. Oh, and the view... amazing! We planned originally for 2 nights at this hotel but ended up adding a 3rd before our trip and a 4th night after we were there a couple days because we enjoyed it so much. We traveled as two adults with a yound child."

"This place is simply incredible! My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and were so impressed with the hotel and incredible views over the Tyrrhenian Sea. The resort was clean and safe, the beds very comfortable and the staff always friendly and helpful. The terrace is absolutely pristine and we felt like we had it all to ourselves at times during our October visit. The historic old town centre with plenty of restaurants and shopping is a short 7-8 minute walk away. Check out the Santuario Santa Maria dell'Isola and the beautiful sand beaches surrounding it. Shout out to Selena, Pawel the bartender and all the staff for making this trip such a memorable experience. This place will not dissapoint you and we look forward to coming back to Tropea and staying at Hotel Rocca Della Sena in the near future."
