"We rented the whole property. Great place for a family, there are toys, beach chairs/umbrella available which is a big plus. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The communication was a bit challenging. Location is great if you have car otherwise it’s about 15-20 minutes to the beach. The beach close by is the nicest that we visited. "

"Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! The checking was a bit troubling as Maurizio doesn’t speak English, but we managed anyway. Be aware of rude barking dogs and steep hills. Else then that choose giannis for an unforgettable holiday!"

"Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach...

Supermarket just over the road for great convenience. Hiring a car is essential. The apartment is fine for two to four people. "We stayed at Porto Istana for 10 days and it was an outstanding experience. The home is well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The pool area, BBQ and outside living space is absolutely perfect…not to mention the VIEWS! It is possible to walk to the beach - a bit of a distance but we did it many days. There is a great bar called Geko that serves cocktails and great pizza / lunch. You will not go wrong choosing this home!"
