"Loved the pool, very nice hosts, great breakfast, room was nice, however the description of amenities is not accurate - there was not air conditioning in the room, or is there a restaurant or pool side bar, which left us stuck for lunch when enjoying the pool. We booked a rook with river view but did not receive it. That all being said we did enjoy the place - but just beware or what is not accurate "

"The 2 different Receptionist were very amiable. The Cleaner, was also helpful in getting my TV to work. The Shower not so good, as the water did not go down until I’d finished & was out of the cubicle. I therefore had to shower in a tray full of soapy, used, water. Which isn’t very nice. I did report this. But obviously this was as I was leaving ( I was only there the 1night.) "

"Terrible apartment. Terrible service. Check-iin was very difficult and the room was mis-described. We left and did not even stay. Several guests were complaining at the same time. There was no reception, it is being decorated. It is all remote from Spain. I am awaiting a refund. Worst experience ever on Hotels.com"

"we arrived early due to early flight and we greated with a very warm welcome by the hosts. The room was absolutly spotless very roomy with a large comfy bed and an excellent shower. The location is perfect just a short stroll to the river or the tram bridge. the breakfast was very good lots on offer and very good quality. we would totally reccomend this hotel i would given them 4* its a real gem.
