"Expedia did not honor the contact with me. I had to pay cash for the days I spent at MALAIKA HOTEL. I paid you $ 470.00 for my hotel stay. You did not event tell me you had no business with the hotel. The hotel spoke negatively about your tactics with them: they told that you sent people there but you never honored the payments. Please, reimburse my full payment as you know you have not paid your invoices with them for years."
