"It was a nice hotel in the heart of Bissau, comfortable and convenient. The breakfast and dinner menu was great with local and Portuguese cuisine. The staff were helpful. But the contact details on Hotels.com were too sketchy with no e-mail address and a single telephone number which was not responding. Because of this I could n't contact them for Airport shuttle. "

"The breakfast staff was OK--not overly friendly, but efficient. Most of the front desk staff was nice. Wow, the girl who did my check in and check out was unfriendly at all times. She acted like I was a nuisance for showing up to check in/check out during her shift. She never said hello when I said hello first, so I just stopped talking to her after a while.
