The overnight stay on 11/19/24 was a disaster. I've stayed at Your location 8 times this year and almost each visit, there has been an issue with internet, TV, people or a room that was not that clean. I'm a good customer and I leave a tip for the maids every time I check out. This visit was the worst. I switched rooms twice due to poor internet and was told via relay message from the manager that if I was unhappy, I would get a full refund but I had to leave tonight. It was after 5pm, dark and I am a female. The manager didn't want to give a partial refund because internet wasn't working even though Motel 6 proudly boasts free wifi I am told it is a courtesy item and I am not charged for it. Funny how the internet works when it's time to take a customer's money. The blanket on the bed had a stain so I had to ask twice for another blanket. It was not even 3pm yet I was told "I don't know if housekeeping is still here". The staff cannot handle the simpleest issues and it's not like I'm asking for the moon. I was told I would get a partial refund but I have not heard from the manager nor have I seen a credit to my card. Again, I've stayed at this location 8 times in 2024 and its been an issue of some sort. I am a good guest. I don't trash the rooms, I'm good to the staff, I leave a gratuity as my mother was a housekeeper and I know how hard this job is.
