"Perfect check in on the front desk. Very friendly staff. In the room a bottle of water, apple and free coffee maker. The restaurant good, breakfast buffet amazing. I enjoy my 1 day trip.Spa and sauna area very good."

However room was a bit dated, dark (not enough lights), noisy people above, creaky bed, shower small. And they seemed under-staffed in the restaurant. "The property is right on the sea front, with sea views from the bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, but beware the shower is open, and the only privacy is with curtains. The restaurant and bar area were lovely, as was the half board option, we enjoyed the pool etc, but if you are coming from the UK, the Sauna and Spa area is most naked people, a bit of a surprise"

Poor communication between restaurant and hotel had us very nearly not being charged for dinner. You shouldn’t have to rely on the honesty of your guests! Otherwise faultless. "

Vores superior-dobbeltværelse var dog meget “skrabet”: 2 hårde lænestole og et bord, en udmærket seng, for få stikkontakter, ingen mulighed for selv at lave en kop kaffe. "The hotel is visibly old and could do with a refurbishment. The room was spacious but primitive. The restaurant is recently overtaken by two younger chefs and is excellent. The hotel and restaurant are seperate businesses. The hotel staff was kind but forgetful. My partner is intolerant to Gluten but despite having called in advance and been reassured that glutenfree bread was available, it was still forgotten twice at breakfast and long waiting as consequence.
