Person was horrible to deal with and cancelled stay day of. They were asking for money than agreed upon and were extremely rude and demanding. Also they are extremely demanding and expect the customer to bend around there rules and times, whenever is best for them

Je n’ai pas pu dormir à l’hôtel car le responsable a refusé de m’ouvrir le portail. J’ai payé 79€ pour ne pas dormir dans l’établissement. Hotel.com refuse de me rembourser. N’allez JAMAIS DANS CET ETABLISSEMENT CEST UNE ARNAQUE. Ne réservez jamais avec hôtel.com si vous avez un soucis ils ne vous aiderons pas!!!!!

Selten so und freundlich empfangen worden. Wir hatten das Gefühl, den Vermieter zu stören. Zum Frühstück 1 km laufen Auto 200 m entfernt auf der Straße abstellen.

Ne recommande pas du tout, responsable désagréable, pas professionnels, j'ai payé un certain prix et une fois arrivé sur place il doublé le prix. Ducoup j'ai appelé hotel.com là où j'ai fais la réservation ils ont essayé de l'appeler il n'a jamais répondu, et quand j'ai voulu lui passer mon téléphone il a refermé le portail et il est parti. Je me suis renseigné à l'accueil de l'hôtel que j'ai du prendre à la place, et il m'on dis qu'il avais que des retours négatifs.

Avant notre arrivée, on nous a aimablement proposé trois chambres double avec trois salles de bain contre la chambre pour cinq initialement réservée. A notre arrivée, une des trois chambres possède une salle de bain de l'autre côté de la cours (on est à noël quand même) ! Quand, le lendemain, nous sommes allés trouver le propriétaire pour lui signaler que cette chambre était mal chauffée, il nous dit, en désignant les occupants (mes enfant de 17 et 22 ans), ils sont jeunes, ils peuvent bien supporter !!!! Le soir du réveillon de noël, nous avons été obligés de faire un aller retour depuis Strasbourg parce que les enfants avaient récupéré une vraie chambre (l'autre étant nommée réservoir à huile !) afin de faire échange de clefs. Le propriétaire avait lui même transféré les effets personnels, oubliant l'ordinateur portable sous le lit !!! Heureusement que la nouvelle occupante était conciliante. Nous avions loué 4 nuits et il a encore fallu déménagé la dernière nuit : les chambres doubles étant finalement louées, nous avons emménagés tous dans la chambre de cinq initialement louée. Madame avait l'air plus aimable mais maîtrise peu le français (propriétaires allemands).

Gîte pas terrible patron pas du tout commerçant une fois après avoir remis les clés il ne veut plus vous voir deplus il demande de partir pour 9h30 le matin autrement il factura 20 par personne. Impossible de le joindre par téléphone je vous invite à essayer de l'appeler avant de réserver .

Honteux honteux honteux Nous vous avons appelé Avons du faire intervenir la gendarmerie Propriétaire insultant et méprisant pièce qui n'est pas une chambre dans une espèce de dépendance en bois Pas de lit fait pour nous Avons du dormir dans des lits enfants de chaque côté de la pièce Pièce emplie de toile d'araignée et de poussière Impossible de revenir 5 minutes après avoir mis nos affaires dans la voiture pour récupérer les appareils auditifs que mon mari a oubliés A refusé de répondre à la sonnette d'entrée avons dû faire intervenir la gendarmerie Salle de bain extérieure et cabinet de toilettes sans chauffage et il faut se mettre à genoux pour se brosser les dents Bref une honte !À déconseiller impérativement
