"Our room was upgraded so had a wonderful spacious room. I liked the idea of a rustic old inn feel. On site pub and restaurant was convenient. Easy parking and access to the cataract gorge and riverside walkways were a bonus as it encouraged us to exercise everyday during our stay. CBD with restaurants and shops are within 20min walking distance and we walked to the growers market, gardens and the museum instead of driving. The Pantry and Lebanese Gourmet were a surprise finds. "We made a spur of the moment decision to travel to Devonport (from Hobart) so that we could then go to Cradle Mountain, after the overnight stay. The room we stayed in (2 x queen bed, port view) was very comfortable and great value ($181 per night). The only thing slightly annoying was the lack of car parking options close to the hotel, we reluctantly paid a $25 concierge fee, at least the car was secure. Overall, we would recommend. "Great place to stay in Launceston. Handy to most facilities. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking on site Beas good and the staff were helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again when we next visit Launceston."

"The property is good if you want an accommodation with pool and spa, plus entertainment for kids and accessible restaurant and bar. IGA is very accessible, too, if you want an easy emergency shopping for groceries. They serve good food at the bistro. "

"While the property is located close to the city centre, it is on a main road and there was a lot of traffic noise. Our room overlooked the main road so it was noisy and it was small but comfortable. The bathroom was small but functionable. It was good for the price."

"The hotel was fine. I dropped a star because I got 3 notifications telling me the it is required to contact the hotel before checking in on the day of check in, but those notification did not provide a way to contact the hotel. So I spend way too much time trying to figure it out. When, I finally got there, the girl said there is no reason to contact the hotel before checking in. This is just annoying bad management and communication. On the plus side, the place had a great gym."

"Walking distance to everywhere. Plenty of parking. Rooms are spacious, not modern but has everything you need and price appropriate. All apartments have perfect view of Launceston. Would definitely stay here again "
