"Very comfortable apartment that affords privacy and dead city center location easily accessible to everything. The Shevlins were wonderful and very accomodating. I confess that I didn’t know that the apartment is 3 floors up, but I used that as a good reason to just keep climbing. I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay in Donegal."

We were lucky to have great weather during our stay so took full advantage of the outside patio area. The scenery is out of this world. Bedrooms were lovely and comfy, the kitchen and big dining room perfect for a group to cook at home. A short drive into Donegal Town was a small surprise based on the description of the property where it states walking distances...

"This was exactly what we were looking for - a quiet place just minutes from Donegal town. A great base for exploring Slieve League and northwards. If you’re looking to be near crowded pubs with live music, this is not the place. But if you want to dive into real Irish life, you definitely should stay here."

"A great base to take trips out from. The house was perfect for our family. We cook a lot and there was everything we needed to prepare home cooked food for our family. We all settled in very easily with very clear instructions from the owner. The town is very quaint with lots of walks locally and a bit further afield. "My sisters, niece and I had the best time at Theresa’s home. Upon arrival, she welcomed us with wine and candy. She was very helpful about the area and had lots of suggestions on places to go and things to see. Her home was so homey and comfortable. We felt very welcome. Wherever we went, people spoke very highly of Theresa and her home. I would recommend this home to anyone and can’t wait to return soon."

"Stayed here over the Easter long weekend, at very late notice (booked on Friday night for Saturday arrival). The owner had left easter eggs for my three sons which was a lovely touch. The house itself is beautiful; it looks to be only recently built so I would say we were one of the first groups to rent it. It had everything we needed and was only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. I would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back here again in the future."

"Treat yourself to this amazing, cozy and friendly little property. The owners are very kind and helpful and happy to share information about their farm. The animals are so well cared for and you can interact with them if you choose. We got up close tor the cows, lambs, horse and llamas— along with a few friendly barn cats.
