This beautiful vintage home is at pedestrian-friendly streets next to the neighborhood park, the famous Dreamland BBQ restaurant is cross street, convenient store and bike rental are all in your door step. Less than five-ten min. walking distance to UAB, 5 points south, downtown, hospitals, etc. Shopping, dinning and entertainments are in 5-10 mins walkable distance. Adorable home built in the early 1900s houses three apartments that have been fully renovated, features original hardwoods, abundance of natural lights, 10+" high ceiling, and fire places, ground first floor, apt 1 is a two bedrooms two bathrooms apt with private entrance from front porch and also back entrance that connect with other two floors by the stairs. Second floor is also a two bedroom two full bathrooms apt 2 at the ground floor with attached large front porch.
