Welcome to our Victorian Loft apartment. A rare opportunity to stay in a piece of history. This beautiful 19th century building, once part of Father Hudsons Catholic Community, has recently been renovated and transformed. With two bedrooms, a good-sized bathroom, a comfortable living room with kitchen, and an impressive balcony looking towards the historic market town of Coleshill. Located within 5 minutes walking distance to the local shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. 10 min drive to NEC/BHX

This unique flat, recently renovated to its former historic charm, comprises a large stylish living room, where guests can relax watching the world go by. The apartment also offers an equally large bedroom, and a smaller bedroom; a bathroom with a shower and a bath to relax in, and finally a contemporary kitchen. All rooms are linked along a hallway.
