The stay was great and check in was as simple as getting home each day. Use you code and walk in the door. Location was prime!! Anything you want to do or eat was only a short drive. My wife and i will stay next time we go to Birmingham for the weekend.

Excellent Birmingham rental!
This apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a convenient area of Birmingham. We were able to easily drive to the UAB campus as well as Protective Stadium for the Blazers football game last week. Clint was in communication with us several times before and throughout our stay, and made everything very easy for us. Highly recommend!

We were coming to town for my daughter’s volleyball tournament, and as someone who has never not stayed in a hotel, I was nervous about this being too good to be true- boy, was I wrong. It is exactly as pictured. Clean, elegant, and extremely well-priced. The entire experience was fantastic, and if our team ends up playing in Birmingham again in the future, we will be staying here again. I felt safe and close to EVERYTHING!

Cozy Apartment
The apartment was as advertised. Very comfortable bed and new furnishings were a plus. I did have an issue with the heater but the property manager was super responsive and immediately fixed the issue. Everything about the stay was great and the only suggestion I would give is to purchase new towels as they were showing use. This is a great place to stay for an individual or couple.

Would highly recommend a stay here. Updated furnishings and color scheme. Very comfortable. On-site parking. For the most part, area is not conducive to walking to Birmingham restaurants and attractions, even though it is considered to be downtown.
