Modern spacious home ideally located close to the city centre and walking distance to Warwick University and Canley station. Coventry Station is less than 3 miles away.

This fully refurbished 3 bedroom end of terrace home will make for a perfect getaway. Perfect for contractors, families and groups.

Close to the A45, with easy access to the motorways

The house is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood of Canley Gardens. There is a permit parking which will be provided free of charge during your stay.

Great location for day trips to Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon, the Cotswolds and Birmingham

Relax in the living room with a large corner sofa and widescreen TV.

The kitchen comes complete with a dining table and chairs, Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster as well as cooking equipment and crockery. A washing machine is also available. All cleaning materials including washing up liquid and hand wash are supplied.

You have full access to the rear garden with table and chairs to relax outside.

Note: the two single beds in bedroom 2 can be configured into one kingsize if required. Please add a note to any booking if you need this.

Great Stay!

We had a lovely stay! Clean and comfortable, the coffee machine was a joy, everyone slept well in comfy beds and we left relaxed and refreshed.
