★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charles is an excellent and always available. Accommodated all of my needs and was able to provide extra days that I needed. I wished I had stayed longer. The place is amazing. I definitely would stay there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★I visited Birmingham on a work trip, and Charles's place was perfect for my needs -- close to the airport but very convenient to downtown Birmingham too. Everything is exactly as pictured, and is very clean and comfortable. Communication was easy. I would absolutely stay again.

A great spot
We know nothing of Birmingham, so we had to guess at where to stay. This property turned out to be ideal, walking distance for Avondale, which has a great music venue and some fun bars and restaurants. Everything else in the city is just a short drive away. The place is clean, spacious and a very comfortable stay!

We rented this property to visit our sons in the area. The property was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely request to stay here again.
