FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! After researching numerous places, this one caught our eye. The description seemed to have met our needs. We booked because it stated 4 bd rooms and 2 bathrooms, which it did have. Once booked, you receive an email to download an app. This app is used to get access to parking, the apartment, the elevator, the trash compactor, and the stairs. -Twice during our stay, the app glitched and we had to wait in a dark parking garage for it to reload. - arrival, one of the toilets was out of service. I emailed immediately and management stated that someone would be there to fix the toilet. We were there 4 nights and nobody ever came to fix the toilet. Also, the water in the master bedroom sink was slow to drain, -After booking, instructions are sent. One set of instructions stated that to not use white towels for makeup, black towels are provided (understandable). Also, if any linen/towes are stained and the stains cannot be removed, we will be charged a replacement fee. The towels that were provided looked like they had been pulled from someone's personal home at the last minute. They were assorted colors and one looked like a hospital birthing blanket. I decided to purchase my family of 4 towels -Walls were dirty -advertised a patio, there is no patio -advertised a walk-in shower, there's no walk-in shower -bathroom carpet wet upon arrival -blinds broken -beds hard -one television -missing toilet paper roller -unusable wall sockets -unclear instructions

My family's stay at this VRBO rental was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a strong odor of cigarettes and weed throughout the unit. Despite promptly notifying the property manager within an hour of our arrival, their response was merely to waive the $500 smoke cleaning fee, offering no further assistance or concern for my child who has a smoke allergy. Throughout the night, we endured constant disturbances including groups of people blasting music, fights breaking out nearby, and incessant honking and noise until 3 am. Despite informing the property owner the next morning that the smoke was severely affecting my child's health and that we had to leave as a result, no viable solution or alternative accommodation was offered. When I requested a refund of the cleaning fee due to the unsatisfactory conditions, the response was dismissive, claiming they would have sent someone if I had notified them earlier, which I had already done within an hour of entering the unit. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying here. The unit was plagued with offensive odors, unclean linens, and unbearable noise and disturbances during the evening hours.
