This large, spacious and stylish house is ideally located in the city centre of Coventry, where you will find everything you need within walking distance. With 7 double bedrooms, all en-suite and including their own TV, plus a large kitchen/ diner there is ample space for up to 14 people.
The house was fully renovated in 2020 with a modern and stylish finish throughout. Set back from the road on 'the mount' the house has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor; all rooms are en-suite and come with their own TV. Downstairs you will also find the impressive open-plan living space and kitchen with sofa, bench style seating along with a Smart TV. The dining area has a table to comfortably seat 7 people, additional chairs can also be found in each room.
The kitchen is well-equipped with everything required for holiday dining including an american style fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and enough cutlery, crockery and glasses for everyone staying. There is also a washing machine available for guests to use.
All bedrooms are double with king size quilts, hotel quality bedding and large fluffy towels. Every room has it's own en-suite shower room and WC, a desk for those who want to catch up on their emails and a TV.
Outside you’ll find a small back garden with a seating area.
Parking is on-street but unrestricted and plentiful, there is also a secure car park near by.
We welcome 2 small, well-behaved dogs at this property and charge £35 per pet per stay (invoiced separately).
Parking while on street is readily available for both vans and cars plus it's unrestricted. Access is via a lock box for self check in.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas.
We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules.

In a perfect location close to the city centre, but also a few minutes to the A46 which takes you to nearby Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, HS2 Compounds or Birmingham and the NEC in 15 mins. This house is walkable to the train station in Coventry and is on a regular bus route. Easy access to the A46 for all other local towns and cities. Leamington is just 15 mins away, Warwick, 20 mins and Birmingham, 30 mins.
Situated in Coventry city centre, The Mount is only a stones throw away from all the cities amenities. Coventry is a vibrant place and was City of Culture in 2021. The nightlife, restaurants and bars are varied and it's perfectly situated to visit local attractions such as the Cathedral, Coombe Abbey and the Transport Museum.
Situated with close proximity to Warwick, Leamington, Rugby, and Birmingham with easy access to the M1 just 10 mins away. Also close by are several HS2 compounds.

In return, we ask you to please abide by the following rules.
• All of our homes are in residential areas. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we also ask that you have some consideration for our neighbours.
• If we suspect any prohibited substances or drugs are being used, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded.
• NOT to use the property for parties, hen/stag parties or gatherings. If, on arrival, it is felt the guests are intending to use the property for such an event, you will be refused entrance. If we believe a party is underway, you will be charged £2,000.
• Please keep music to a reasonable level outside.
• NOT to be the cause of any significant noise between 10PM and 9AM. If noise is deemed to be excessive, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and you will not be refunded.
• NOT to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining premises.
• NOT to smoke inside the property. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE the property, provided all doors and windows are closed. If we suspect you have been smoking in the property, you will be charged £300 (i.e., your security deposit will not be returned).
• Please read any safety notices and advice upon arrival to the property, in particular, parking information and fire safety details.
• NOT to re-let or sublet the property to any other group/party.
• Only use the property strictly for residential purposes.
• NOT to make use of the phone or fax line connected to the property.
• NOT to light any fires or candles in the property.
• NOT to permit any visitors to enter the property, where authorisation has not been requested in advance.
• Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition, including running the dishwasher (if the house has one), putting rubbish in outside bins and tidying away anything you have used.
