"We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks at Orchard Cottage. Clive and Kaeren are gracious hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I inquired about an ironing board and it arrived at the door less than 10 minutes later! The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Even though it was winter (and the weather wasn’t very cooperative) the property is lovely. I hope we will be able to return one summer to enjoy it in all its glory! "We truly loved the area. The house was well equipped. Nice neighborhood. Clean kitchen, bathroom comfortable beds. Only thing, the downstairs carpet sure needs to be changed and I didn’t get check in instructions on time. Had to find the phone number in the app and call host to get check in instructions. "Elm Bank is a beautiful cottage in a perfect location in Lower Swell. The listing is accurate, if anything the pictures do not quite show you how large the cottage is. We were more than comfortable as a group of six adults. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, the fridge is expansive, and there's plenty of storage for food and other necessities.
