The entry was reaĺly smooth. I got the correct codes sent to my mobile and everything worked immediatelly. The sheets and linen were clean and the floor vacuumed. Bath was a near catastrophy. Seating on the toilet was in bad shape. The inside of the toilet would have needed a scrubbing. The shower had lime all over the place, but it worked at least. The tiles were dark with stuff that looked like mold. But at least it was cheap.

B-standards....
I don't normally leave reviews, but can't let this pass. Poor up keep was apparent from the ill fitting curtains and power socket. But really appalling was the lack of hygiene. I found little fly-like bugs in both single beds. Not wanting company for the night I checked out early. I have tried reaching out to the hotel via telephone, email, and hotels.com chat but yet to hear back from them. Perhaps I shouldn’t be surprised about their lack of customer support.

Værelset var virkelig ikke særligt rent! Jeg har boet her før hvor det var helt fint, men denne gang var under alt kritik. Det var især badeværelset der ikke var rent, jeg vil ikke gå i detaljer, så kan I selv gætte jer til hvordan det så ud derude.. og da der ikke er noget personale på hotellet, så er det svært at gøre noget ved i situationen.

For dyrt ift til kvalitet
Minder mere om et billigt Motel end egentligt Hotel. Værelse lugtede virkelig dårligt ved ankomst. senge er smalle og mindre gode Generelt ville det være acceptabelt, men på Hotels.com er prisen ALT for høj i forhold til det man får. Skal man være i Birkerød er der dog + på afstand til bymidte osv, selvom selve stedet er noget trist
