"I do not recommend this property. The surrounding area does not look safe. There was not parking available. People smokes in the corridors so there is a terrible smell in the hallways. The room was big enough for us, it looked confortable but there was a deep smell of cleaning products that was hiding a really bad smell. We couldn't stay at the property under these conditions, so it was a wasting money for us."

"We had a fabulous experience. The place is extremelly beautiful and well maintained. The apartment was cozy and we could find everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped too. There is free parking which is very convenient. You can easily park downtown to reach the main attractions. The host, Mr Iban, was definitely a highlight of our stay. "Perched high above Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the views are terrific. The rooms are exquisitely and thoughtfully furnished. The villa itself is like a museum with an endless and fascinating collection of art and objects. The breakfast was delicious and served by the owner himself. Although the weather was too chilly to sit outdoors, had it been warmer, it would have been an ideal place to lounge and enjoy the pool. Parking is on the street, but it was not a problem.
