Spacious log cabin located a short distance to Patoka Lake State Park main entrance, wooded lot offers privacy and seclusion you have been looking for. 2-3 miles from restaurants, winery and multiple boat docks. Come enjoy the screened porch with hot tub. Park pass available for use during stay.

* Community quite hours 10pm-8am.
*Please keep noise in general within reason.
* If fire pit is used fire must be sprayed with water before leaving. Water hose is located to the right of the cabin.
*No R/V or camper parking allowed.
*Park on gravel areas only
* If parking more than 3 vehicles is expected please notify host prior to check in. Do not block roads.
*For the consideration of others and safety once on gravel road please keep speed to less than 10 miles per hour.
*Limit of 2 pets per visit, with $100 pet fee. If pet fee is not paid and completed prior to check in fee will increase to $150.
*All dogs must be on a leash when outside
*Strictly no events or parties are allowed!
*Please do not place grills on porch or deck.
*Lost or not returning the Park Pass will result in a $60 charge for replacement.
Please note:
Staying after 11 am without prior approval is subject to additional fees.
Unauthorized late check out $100 for each hour past 11am.
After 1pm the guest will be charged that days base rate without discounts and that does NOT award possession of the property for that day. If the date to extend the stay is available, the guest must formally extend their stay through AIRBNB app. However, we reserve the right to decline the extension.
Guests will be responsible for any and all refunds given to incoming guests due to unauthorized late check out and will be charged for repayment of those costs.

This is a great little cabin that is super peaceful and private. Absolutely loved the frosted mugs that were ready for us in the freezer! First time we've seen that detail.

Great place!
I am part of working an annual bass fishing tournament event every year at Lake Patoka. This cabin was absolutely perfect for me and a friend of mine. I will undoubtedly be coming back here again and staying in this cabin. It is top notch!

The Perfect Peace of Paradise
We enjoyed Cedars Edge for a 24hr getaway for our 11th wedding anniversary. This cabin was so cozy, clean and peaceful! The fresh flowers on the front porch to greet us was such a homey touch. The fire pit included all the supplies you needed to start a quick fire. Inside the pillows, blankets, and pellet stove made the cabin feel so cozy. The hot tub was so great to relax in. It was the perfect location with just enough seclusion. Perfect place for a couples getaway or to enjoy with a family!

Christmas Trip
We stayed here instead of staying at the Big Splash Resort and got day passes to the water park instead. So glad we did!! The cabin was beautiful! So much more room for our boys to spread out. It was perfectly decorated for Christmas, and this was a surprise Christmas, and they thought just the cabin was their surprise! Every single thing we needed was supplied and communication with the host was excellent. Hot tub was clean and Kelly’s restaurant about 10 min away has the best food! Would recommend staying here to anyone!!

Relaxing Stay
We rented this cabin as a getaway to spend time with our kids who are of driving age. Hard to schedule time with adult kids! The cabin was so clean and very cozy. We laughed and played games. Sat in the hot tub and watched a family of deer walk by. Wonderful time and will definitely return. Saw that another renter recommended Kelley’s Restaurant and it was a HIT! Took the family to ride Go Carts in French Lick and had a blast. Best combination of relaxing and fun.

Hawk infestation
We could not take our two small dogs outside. The hawks would congregate over our cabin when we would take our dogs outside. We could not relax. The cabins size is good for two people but no more. It is advertised as fitting for 4 people. There is not enough seating for 4 people. The cabin is tiny. We wanted to enjoy the firepit and outside area but couldnt.

Awesome!! Just a few suggestions
Hello. We absolutely loved this cabin, it was sooo clean and nice location. Just a few things. With four adults that little 4 cup coffee maker was inadequate. We had to brew several pots for everyone to get a full cup. The bathmat in front of shower off living room needs replaced with one with rubber bottom. I slipped and fell. Maybe one bigger skillet in kitchen, we cooked breakfast one morning and had to do eggs in the sauce pan. I am definitely not complaining because like i said it was wonderful, just a few pointers. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Tick infested cabin
Me and my husband and mother and father in law stayed at this cabin for a family weekend getaway and it was not anything but a nightmare. The cabin was infested with ticks inside and out. We had to do tick checks on each other every night and we would find 10 to 15 on each of us and when we woke up in the morning we had about that many more on us. They had to have been in the mattress and couch. When we tried to reach out to the host they basically told us we were crazy and did nothing to make it better. We had to go to the ER to receive medical care for the bites. We also left our stay early and reached out to ask for a refund and the host did not care and did nothing to make it better. When we got home we did not have the tick issue anymore so I know they were in the cabin. I would save your money and book elsewhere.

Nice cabin but hot tub lacking
Beautiful cabin in a peaceful setting. But the hot tub was nasty- full of floating scum etc. we complained and someone came when we were out and they said they cleaned it etc. But it seems they just added more water and dumped more chlorine in it! Still scummy. We were disappointed We will never rent something with a hot tub again unless they pledge they drain, clean and refill between each guest. Also - ask if any homes nearby are under construction- we suffered two days of roofing and sawing. Cleaning people should alert managers to this and a discount should be offered.

Peaceful Getaway
The cabin was tucked back into the ground woods away from everything. Even with neighbors close enough that we could see their lights at night but not close enough to hear or see each other, it was so peaceful. The host sent messages before check in and the night before check out with instructions. It’s a little bit of a geographical oddity, but that’s what we prefer! It was a perfect cabin for our honeymoon! The cabin was clean and spacious. The hot tub was clean as well! We will definitely be back!

Immaculate cabin with all amenities
I spent a night here with my teen sons. Beautiful cabin and grounds. The host provides many essentials for the stay at no extra charge, including firewood, snacks/condiments, living essentials. Cabin is very comfortable and climate controlled. I can highly recommend this rental.
