Stylish seaside house, 2 min walk from beach | Pass the Keys

This unique place has a modern beach style with a nod to art deco. Minnis bay is not well known, but from London to Kent it’s your nearest sandy beach. Come by car or train. It’s also on a bike trail. Good local restaurants and takeaways. A good base to explore the local area-Margate, Botony Bay, Broadstairs, Whitstable. Well decorated, airy house with well equipped kitchen. 2 min walk to beach.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Very cosy and inviting house, with a lot of attention to details and decoration. Fully equipped, spacious kitchen. Very nice and inviting living room on upper floor, with a small view to the sea. Comfortable parking in front of house. Less than two minutes walk to the sea front. Beautiful beach. Definitely a to be recommended accommodation.
