Villa Strandblick is located directly on the beach promenade near the pier. The apartments all have a comfortable and exclusive equipment. Most of the balconies you have a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. The house has a washing machine and dryer (fee). Partially Pets are allowed on request. For each apartment is the guests of Sander Touristik a parking lot at the house.

Zentrale Lage und tolle Sonnenterrasse
Die FEWO liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade gleich neben der Seebrücke. Die Wohnung liegt zur Landseite, hat dafür aber morgens und abends Sonne auf der unüberdachten Terrasse. Ein großer Sonnenschirm spendet genügend Schatten. Die Dachschrägen sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber nicht wirklich störend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einziger Mangel: für Fahrräder gibt es keinen speziellen Abstellplatz, wo das Fahrrad sicher angeschlossen werden kann.

Schöne Tage in Binz
Das Objekt liegt super zentral und in direkter Nähe zum Strand (dort ist sogar ein eigener Strandkorb vorhanden). Sauberkeit war mäßig und Geschirr/Gläser leider nur sehr rudimentär vorhanden (und ebenfalls nicht sauber). Abgesehen davon zu empfehlen!
