The driveway was slightly tight in the big Peugeot we rented - next time mental note to get a small car - regardless it was still fine! The location was a short walk from the local Spar and the town which had superb restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring - tram to Port De Soller was an experience as was the train to Palma. "nice and quite rural location yet only 10 minute drive to Lidl and a local supermarket. I would recommend this property for people looking for a basic but clean villa. Nice roof terrace and patio area. Pool was a bit dated but was very clean. Owner was very nice and he spoke good English..Ideal for cyclists and hikers. Took under an hour to drive from Palma airport..kitchen has a dishwasher and a nice oven and hob. Washing machine in utility room I overall recommend this place.."

"We stayed in August and had a truly amazing stay. This villa was beautifully clean and well equipped. The layout of the villa was great as each bedroom had it's own en-suite or bathroom right next door. The rooms are so spread out that you are not all in rooms next to each other. This would be great for larger families/groups. The outdoor space also had plenty of seating areas and loungers and the pool was lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again!"

"We booked the villa for my family, we needed downstairs rooms as we have elderly parents, our whole stay was amazing, the housekeeper came everyday to clean the pool and water plants. The grounds and views are breathtaking, it was sad to leave. They have a villa dog who is very friendly, 3 cats and a donkey. Very relaxing. Very well equipped."

"Great stay in a lovely villa with an enjoyable pool. Made use of table tennis, pool table, footballs and basketballs provided. 2 families (kids ages of 1, 3, 6, 6, 7). Nowhere walkable but that didn’t bother us. Nice drive into Alcudia and Pollenca. Lots of insects from the surrounding crops prevented us sitting out in the evenings. Cockerel was a bit of a frustrating early wake up call. None of these would stop us coming back to this well kept Villa. Thank you very much"

"Biniaraix was the perfect location for our week’s walking in the Serra de Tramuntana. We could walk straight onto the GR221 from the village and it was also an easy walk into Soller. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. It’s difficult to park in the village so when we found a space we left the car there and went out on foot. Minor quibble - the listing details need some updating. There is no hot tub...

Had a bit of trouble with some ants appearing, and when it rained there was some water coming into the living area,but the cleaners and handyman fixed everything really quick. The jakuzzi was great too. The food was ok too. Really liked the childrens disco and entertainment after dinner. Overall we had a great few days. "
