"In the start there were a few misunderstandings and some confusion. Nothing serious. The owner is very kind and responsive. It's a beautiful property and if I'm in the area, I'll stay here again. If you're in the area for tourism be prepared for some moderate-difficult walking."

"The house sits on a top a of the hill with amazing views of Tuscany. Location-wise it was about 30 mins to Montalpulciano, 50 mins to Sienna and an hour to Perugia. Decent equipped."

"Entrata con breccino un po’ scomoda Piscina non aperta nonostante fosse fine apre e oggi erano 25 gradi chiusa con un telo ancora che attirava solo insetti Colazione un po’ povera (portata in camera senza nemmeno informarsi su intolleranze o richieste del cliente "

"Conveniently located property that was quiet, spacious and very clean. A/C was also strong and kept was cool despite the hot temps outside. We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again when in Montepulciano."

"Accueil très sympathique, appartement spacieux et la piscine est un atout majeur pour un week end de repos en famille. L'avantage de cet agri-tourisme est sa proximité de la gare de Chiusi (environ 10 km) ce qui nous a permis de nous y rendre en train+vélo! Les seuls petits bémols que j'y ai trouvé sont les moustiques: installer de vraies moustiauraires serait une bonne idée. A noter aussi que la ligne de train passe à 1 km: ce n'est pas génant du tout au niveau du bruit mais ca donne moins...

"The home was closed. No one was available. Phone calls were made in vain. We could not have the accomodation. Shame!"

"We just remember sitting in the garden enjoying our fantastic four course Italian meal while overlooking the beauty of Tuscany. Highly recommend with a family. This is a great location for day drives to locations all over Tuscany."

"The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed, the location was perfect close to the centre of town. However breakfast started at 8:00, the place was next to a noisy bar, and the host spoke no English, so not suitable for a business trip."
