"Decent hotel in a good location. 6 flights of stairs from the ground to my room was annoying but can't complain. Big rooms. Nice balcony, bathrooms etc... Would recommend."

"HORRIBLE. I booked with hotels.com and when I got to Hostal Verdemar they told me they didn't have a room for me! The staff were very unhelpful. I told them my credit card has already been charged, so they said they will email hotels.com. My credit card was still charged, so I emailed the hostel and they NEVER replied. I've been scammed!!"

"This was a wonderful apartment in a good location for us. It was an easy walk to a grocery store, good restaurants, and the cathedral and museums. The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The price in mid November was unbelievably low for such modern and convenient lodging."
