**PLEASE NOTE** Our property is located next door to a church and there is a possibility that you will hear the church bells ringing.
THE PRIMARY GUEST (the name the reservation is in) MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE STAY.
OCCUPANCY: MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS ALLOWED IS 2, per city fire code. Any over-occupancy will result in being fined $100 per person that you are over occupancy and the possibility of being removed. NO REFUNDS will be given.
SECURITY CAMERAS: The exterior of the building as well as the common areas inside are equipped with live, audio and video, security cameras.
PARTIES AND EVENTS: NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED. UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES OR EVENTS WILL BE ASSESSED A $500 FINE.
SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the building, inside any room, nor on any balcony. A $500 FINE WILL BE ASSESSED IF YOU ARE FOUND IN VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY.
PARKING: Each room has 1 designated, labeled, parking spot. ONLY park in your designated spot. Additional parking is available in the back of the parking lot and on the street. Boats, trailers, or RV’s ARE NOT permitted. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE.
PETS: Pets ARE NOT permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.
QUIET HOURS: The City of Biloxi asks for quiet hours to be between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This means no loud music or high-energy activity during these hours.
WET CLOTHING/ITEMS: Please do not leave any wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture or beds.
PERSONAL ITEMS: Any personal items or possessions that are left after your departure are not the responsibility of the host. The host will make every reasonable effort to return the items to the guest, at the guest’s expense. Any items not claimed or arrangements for return have not been made after 2 weeks will be considered abandoned property.
DAMAGES: Any loss and/or damages are to be reported to Property Management IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items such as lightbulbs, etc. You will be charged for any damages and/or missing items during your stay.
The Property Management Division of Busch Realty Group, LLC reserves the right to remove any and all guests from the property for violating any terms of this rental agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
The Property Owner(s), The Property Management Division of Busch Realty Group, LLC and their Agents, are not liable for any damages and/or injuries caused by violating any terms of this agreement, nor or they responsible for any injury to you, your guests, or loss of personal property due to theft, fire or other natural disasters or causes.
