Amazing house
We came into town for a wedding from Minnesota and Texas. Great house and very clean! Great location in town as well. They had toys for the kids as well as a high chair and a pack and play which made it super easy for the 1 year old. I would love to stay again next time we come to town.

Beautiful home!
We loved our stay here! The home was gorgeous and very clean. It's located on the corner of a busier road, but road noise wasn't an issue. The property overlooks a stream and gets a lot of action from ducks- very fun for our kiddos.

Great place for family gathering
This was a great place for our family get together. We loved the kitchen and family room. Since we all enjoy cooking together, this was the perfect setup. The bedrooms were roomy and nicely furnished. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This home is really beautiful and tastefully done. The yard looks like a park! The hosts were very responsive and the home was exactly as described. We'd recommend this place to our family and friends.

The perfect place
What a hidden gem! The house is centrally located to everything in Billings and so comfortable. The hosts anticipated our every need, The backyard view was beautiful. Kyle was very responsive when coordinating the check in and for any questions. We will definitely book this again for our next family visit.

Awesome place for our family gathering!
We had four generations converge and spend several days here. This property is large, well-stocked and has lots of areas for playing games, reading, talking, eating and sleeping. They even took the time to label all of the light switches (there were many). We would highly recommend this property, especially for larger groups!

All 8 over 65, Loved the DUCKS, Great Parking, Great location,10 minutes to restaurants, golfing, shopping and Billings downtown. Ladies' morning coffee on Patio, Men golfing. Lots of room to play games or just sit and talk. We will Return!!

One brother and his wife from Kansas, a sister from Libby and a brother wife and daughter all came to see our family in Billings…// We had such a great time, one cooked for everyone. Billings Adventure
We stayed at this property as a family. We had two sets of grandparents, adult children and their spouses and all the siblings. The space was perfect! We were able to enjoy a lot of outdoor activities within a couple hours of Billings and were greeted with a spacious home to celebrate our adventures of the day. The home was clean and had everything we needed to cook some meals. The views were awesome and it was easy to relax in the several lounge areas both inside and outside. Thanks for being great hosts! We made many memories this trip!

Son’s graduation
Our family was in town for our son’s graduation from college. The house is in a very convenient location. And the house and property are very clean and beautiful. The bedrooms were all great and the common areas were spacious and inviting. The kitchen was very well stocked and the owners were extremely nice and responsive. We would absolutely stay again!

Generations together
We had a wonderful time at this house - the photos are accurate, for sure! The backyard is incredibly peaceful and we enjoyed playing cards on the patio and wine on the deck. The little ones loved playing/TV in the basement family room and we all appreciated the clean well-stocked kitchen. Marilyn brought cinnamon rolls for our first morning - what a sweet touch! Can't beat this place. We'd stay again in a heartbeat if we ever come as a group to Billings again!

A very Merry Christmas was had in this house
This was a great place for a group of adults. We made several glorious meals here and were able to all move around in the kitchen easily. The kitchen is well stocked. Appreciated all the counter space and seating around the island. We invited our Billings family to join us for meals as the space works well for entertaining. Convenient location offering plenty of parking. Lovely views from the dining room and kitchen of the spring park in the back. All in all a great house for a group with a pet. We hope to return on our next family getaway.

Beautiful Home
We stayed for 5 nights for a family wedding. The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked, and the location was great and backed up to green space and a park. We cooked and ate in a really nice dining room. We were 6 adults and occupied 4 bedrooms. The basement bedroom was just ok as it had a very small and cloudy window but was clean. The host was great and quickly replaced the washer that did not work as we arrived. We bbq’d and had some really nice family time. I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks for all.

Clean Nice Place although not right for us
I booked this for a family reunion of sorts with 3 of the guests being over 70. Not having a bathroom on the kitchen livingroom dinning level where most activity occured level was a huge disappointment and obstacle. I did correspond with the owner about my aunt not being able to do stairs. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the street level, everything else kitchen, dinning, living room is up stairs with the restroom being downstairs or upstairs. It was very very clean, nice kitchen, and safe area. It would be nice to have a sitting chair in the bedrooms, and a suitcase buttler.

Billings family reunion
This home was wonderful. It provided a comfortable location to relax after daily reunion activities. The home was well stocked with bedding, towels and everything we needed for family meals. Having a washer and dryer was also convenient. The outside patio and deck were nice spots to relax and watch the ducks, squirrels and rabbits that frequented the back yard. It is worth noting that there are short sets of stairs to each level (4). This should be taken into consideration for families with elderly, or those with limited mobility. We managed and had a wonderful stay. We would certainly stay here again if/when we were back in the area.

Wedding trip
House was perfect for us. We had a wedding to attend in Billings with a number of family members traveling from Minnesota and South Dakota. With hotel prices, it made sense for us to find a home that met our needs. Plenty of room for the younger adults to have their area away from us “older” folks! The only con for this home are the steps, there are steps up to the kitchen area and more steps to the upper bedrooms. For someone with a handicap this could be problematic. Backyard had an awesome view!

Bitterrroot Red Sox Legion Baseball
First off the owners of the place are very friendly, courteous and kind. They are proactive and were willing to work with us. They provided a great space for my team to spread out, relax and rest in the evening and in-between games. We usually stay at a hotel, but the boys never really feel rested and are spread out. This place was large enough and provided each of us enough space to have our own individual time as well as team time. We would return to this place next time we are in Billings for a baseball tournament. These hosts are amazing and this place is super nice. We had no issues at all and respected their request of being courteous of the neighbors. This is a super great place to stay, check it out and book it.
