Our check in went smoothly, I asked for a roll-out bed for my children, and the front desk attendant had no idea where they had put their beds, and informed me that her boss lady was also unaware of where their roll-outs may be. I didn't think that was very professional, and it didn't make the hotel seem like it was well organized and put together. Add to the fact one of the biggest reasons we chose the Econo Lodge was for the hot tub/spa area, and nowhere on the site or on Expedia did it say that their spa was out of service, after we arrived we saw the spa room shut down and full of tvs and lamps. The overnight gal was also curt and rude. During our stay, we found out we had a leak from the bathroom into the main room. A maintenance guy for the building came in, and was there for maybe about 5 minutes and just said it was leftover water under the floorboards from a previous leak in the bathroom. He didn't take much time to take a look and see it was coming from the bathroom and not leftover water that wasn't properly cleaned out. We were offered to switch rooms so we agreed, and after he left we never heard anything from anybody for the rest of the night. In the morning, when we went to checkout, we found out that we were moved into a different room on the computer but nobody came by to let us know or give us the new keys. I found the whole stay to be a bit of a headache, and honestly I wouldn't ever get a room there again; if I do it's literally only because of the prices.
