Family size 3 bedroom, one level home in quiet desirable neighborhood. This home is centrally located and close to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, colleges and airport. Get anywhere in 10 minutes. Park and tennis courts are a block away.

Before I comment I do have to give the owner some credit for expressing a desire to fix these issues when I brought them to his attention after we checked out. This property was not suitable as a vacation rental. It was filthy, in poor condition, and had an ant problem. It was not maintained and smelled horrible, especially in the closets. Furniture was broken. The smoke alarms were inoperable, and the structure did not appear sound. We did not feel safe or comfortable. The two positive things I can say is that the mattresses were comfortable and the air conditioning worked. Still, we were very happy to leave.

Had everything we needed.
This met all of our needs. It is small but we didn’t feel cramped at all. We all slept well. Neighborhood was quiet & appeared safe, we had no issues. Thanks for hosting us! We would stay again.

We are very disappointed with this stay, almost leaving the second day. The house was not very clean, we found dog hair everywhere. There were older, loud AC units in the windows next to the beds that made it difficult to sleep at night for our whole family. The Wi-Fi was terrible. We could not have the tv on and use my work computer at the same time. Little attention to detail in the sense of convenience. If you are looking for a simple place to stay this would be it but not for long stays or need for access to internet.

Very basic but that is also reflected in the price...very quiet neighborhood with lots of free ranging domestic bunnies in the yards.

This was an okay property, I appreciated the space and the convenience of staying at a home while we were traveling. The floors in the home slant in different directions and the bathroom did not have any extra toilet paper and not much on the roll to start with. It was fine for our 1 night stay, we walked to the local grocery store, it had a few parks close by overall it was a good place.

Cute comfortable home
We really enjoyed our stay here for the 2 nights we were in town. It was comfortable, well appointed, and provided everything we needed (including small appreciated touches like water in the fridge, shampoo bottles, and coffee). I would recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Good place to sleep
We needed to sleep after 15 hour drive. Place clean and beds very comfortable. Outside of house and neighbors were a bit sketchy, but once in the home you felt comfortable. Could use attention to outside of home and backyard.

Easy stay, for our family
This updated home served us well on our road trip. We stayed two nights in Billings. The house is close to a park, which was great for our kids. The AC in the home is sufficient and there was enough dishes, cooking supplies, bedding, towels etc for 3 adults and 2 kids. The home is older, some of the floors creak and are not level - but that didn't bother us because we've lived in older homes. Parking was easy, and right in front of the door.

Great place for a family
We basically just needed a place to stay for the night as we spent the days with family. The house was clean and well furnished and the beds were comfy. We really liked the place and would definitely rent again.
