"Honestly outstanding. I booked 2 nights for my parents for my Mums 70th. My Dad has been really poorly the past 12 months and I was nervous about this trip for them. I contacted the hotel in advance and they honestly couldn't have been more accommodating for them, really making their stay special. "The best stay in liverpool. The best new years eve party . Definitely i will come back. The staff us so friendly, the housekeeping comes very regularly to clean. Super clean hotel. All the amenities. Hairdryer On suite . Comfy beds. Sheets feels very fluffy. No rude bext door neighbours. Very close to the train station "

"Perfect location, swimming pool and gym was excellent and the best thing about the hotel. The room was lovely and bathroom and dressing area were spacious. There was a hair on the bed sadly and the toilet wasn’t quite clean."
