"Simple the best place we have ever stayed. Have the sea at your doorstep, access to paddle boards etc, made this the most wonderful holiday. The inside of the villa is immaculate with air conditioning throughtout, and a lovely sized pool. Location is great, just a short taxi drive to restuarants and bars in Rogoznica. "Unsere Urlaubswoche war einfach Traumhaft. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach unschlagbar. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts :) Die Ausstattung ist wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Vor allem die Kinder haben sich über das SUP-Board gefreut. Wir konnten sogar an einem Tag 2 Delfine vor der Bucht bewundern <3 Minikleine Anmerkung hätte ich noch - ich hätte gerne noch im Schlafzimmer einen Spiegel gehabt bzw. in beiden Schlafzimmern. "Very well equipped house with lots of extras such as ‘Tupperware’ boxes, cling film. Plenty of towels and sunbeds. Pool is very clean and a good temperature. Spacious bedrooms and great bathrooms. Host very responsive. Location is near a main road so there is some traffic noise, but not an issue. 5 minutes to small supermarket, restaurants, beach. Marina village was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely return. "

"Our family of 13, including 5 kids aged 11-17, had a wonderful time at Marija’s villa. The location is awesome and Marija made us feel so welcome, responding to our every question about restaurants, tours, shopping, etc. The view from the villa is just beautiful and the kids had the best time in the pool…as did the adults. "Loved the property and location. It is a bit of a drive from split airport 1hr 15mins but no real issue. Fantastic location to visit split, trogir, krka national park and sibinek. Best features were the pool and the outdoor dining and BBQ area. Also the abundance of figs that we were more than happy to eat. "Das war die genialste Lage, die wir je bei einem Ferienhäuschen in Kroatien hatten👍🏻. Da unsere Kinder (12 und 15) mit Schnorcheln, SUPen, Spielen und Lesen auf der wunderbaren Terasse zufrieden sind, war die Location perfekt für uns. Zum Eikaufen/Bummeln/Abendessen/Scuba diving sind wir 3x nach Pakostane und Biograd gefahren...nur ein Katzensprung. Die FeWo ist wirklich top ausgestattet...vom Cappucino bis zu Eiswürfeln für Cocktails auf der Terrasse beim perfekten Sonnenuntergang....Grill,...

"Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern einen tollen Urlaub in dem schönen Haus. Obwohl ruhig gelegen ist man in 5 Minuten in der City oder am Strand mit dem Auto. Wir wurden sehr nett und mit Begrüßungsgetränk empfangen. Auch bei kleineren Problemen oder Tipps zur Umgebung oder Unternehmungen war der Vermieter immer hilfsbereit. Super schöne Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon. Das Haus ist sehr schön auch wie wir für zwei Familien. Danke für den tollen Urlaub in der Villa"
