"Very good city centre hotel. Good central Bilbao location (we walked to both old town and the Guggenheim) with bonus of (quite expensive) parking. Classic looking exterior but inside a very good, modern hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We'd booked a classic double but were given a room upgrade and were extremely happy with the room we had. Very spacious, well equipped and comfortable, looking out on to the street. Buffet breakfast offered good choice, very enjoyable. For the price we paid for this stay it was excellent value and we would happily return."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel. Friendly helpful staff and readily accessible to both, the old city and the newer city. Best of all, it was a 5 minute walk across a bridge from the our arrival train station. Note: for those with sensitive skin like me, I put a t-shirt over my pillow to stop the reaction from the scented detergent/dryer chemicals."

"Very nice room. It was spacious with plenty of room to unpack and not feel cramped. It was a suite (Room 225) with a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect for our stay of a couple days. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel had everything that we could have wanted. We arrived rather early and we were lucky enough to be able to check in right away. This was amazing after a long day of travel to get to Bilboa. Friendly staff, spacious room and great service. We found it very easy to walk throughout the city to the attractions so the location was great as well. I would happily stay again. "
