"An outside construction was in progress during my stay. Quite unpleasant, just outside of my window. At the arrival, I received a bottle of Italian Frizzante, as an apology. Nice gesture. Bed was confortable, room was clean. However, drain in the shower did not work well. Breakfast was OK, but with pastry few days old. Check out was not very pleasant, basically ruined my stay. I was left with mixed feelings."

"Sadly, we stayed at this hotel for approximately 15 minutes before leaving. The exterior reminded us of the hotel from ‘The Inbetweeners Movie’ and we felt unsafe leaving the car. The elevator clearly had some safety issues and would jolt at every floor we’d go past. Our ‘superior double’ room was 2 single beds pushed together which you could feel every spring - the worst bed I’ve ever sat on. Awfully stained carpet and curtains. "Nice spa type hotel with on site restaurant. Tough to negotiate lots of stairs as handicapped, but we worked it out and they gave me handicapped Parking spot and building with a lift. Nice dinner and breakfast "

"Great small, family owned wellness hotel with all the goodies. Breakfast was nice, however, it's only starts at 8:00am. So if you were arriving from California and you are up at 5:00am, and very hungry, you should go to downtown Siofok to grab a bite at Lipoti Bakery, they open like 5:30am. Going back to the Hotel, service was nice, knowledgeble staff, clean and comfy rooms. Television is old style with no English broadcast (CNN or Eurosport). "A középkori témát szerintem kicsit túlzásba vitték, nem jó ötlet vidámparkká alakítani egy ilyen patinás épületeggyüttest, még ha törekednek is az igényességre. A gipszkarton falak nem szigetelik túl jól a hangot, de a környezet és a vendégek többsége csendes, úgyhogy lehet pihenni. Sok extra szolgáltatást nyújtanak."
